SynRG Clinical Research: Monitoring
SynRG Clinical Research Associates (CRA) are appropriately qualified and recognized for their outstanding reputation in customer service. They work closely with sites to enforce compliance with study protocols, industry standards, data collection and regulatory requirements. The CRAs are regionally located in major cities across Russia in order to reduce travel time and expenses.
Currently these are: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Irkutsk, and Novosibirsk. The new office in Almaty (Kazakhstan) was opened in early 2007.
SynRG CRAs play a major role in the successful conduct of a study. An open and effective communication allows CRAs to provide support and training to the site staff ensuring patient safety, data quality, and maximizing patient enrolment. The relationship developed between the CRA and the site staff is such that there is a focus on open effective communication with the CRA providing training and support thus ensuring patient safety, data quality and maximizing patient enrolment.
Our CRAs enjoy their profession which can be seen in all interactions…is reflected in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and site staff. Our CRAs perform the following duties: as they perform their duties such as:
- Site selection, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out;
- Site personnel training and guidance;
- Assessing protocol compliance and data integrity;
- Regulatory document review;
- Review of accessibility and eligibility of subjects;
- Resolution of queries with the sites;
- Preparation of site visit reports and follow-up letters;
- Ensuring proper AE and SAE reporting;
- Drug accountability and
- Study Close-out Out visits.
